This in-train guide display system comprises an operation control means 2a which monitors an operational condition of the train and prepares data indicating the operational condition, an operation arranging means 2b for preparing data indicating the content to be processed when an abnormality occurs in the operational condition, an in-train guide data preparing means 2c for preparing data indicating the in-train guide to be provided to passengers in the train, transmitting means E1-En which are installed in stations Y1-Yn, receive data from the operation control means 2a, the operation arranging means 2b and the in-train guide data preparing means 2c via a network 6, and transmit the received data by radio, and an in-train guide means 5a which is installed in the train 5, receives the data transmitted by radio, and displays the guide to passengers in the train 5 based on the received data.
