To effectively and surely perform screw fastening with ease and without oblique fastening and leaving a screw loosened.
A transparent acrylic plate 2 is attached to a guide section 1 and provided with a guide hole 2a whose diameter is slightly larger than that of a guide pipe P, through which the drill shaft 32 of a power driver 30 is inserted becoming concentric with the shaft center of the screw hole 41 of a center cluster when the acrylic plate 20 is fixed to the rough section of the back face 40' of the center cluster by the guide section 1. Since when the guide pipe P is inserted into the guide hole 2a, the drill shaft 32 in the guide pipe P becomes nearly perpendicular along the guide hole 2a, becoming concentric with the shaft center of the screw hole 41, the screw B of the tip 33 of a drill shaft is also straightly inserted into the screw hole 41, preventing oblique fastening. Since the acrylic plate 20 is transparent, the screw fastening position can be seen, the screw is not, left loosened.
