PURPOSE: To reduce the eccentricity of an optical axis as much as possible and to reduce the inclination of a movable element to the minimum by providing a pair of thin plates which are inserted into the movable element and a fixed element, providing a lateral direction extending part for the movable element and permitting a driving device to add force on the extending part at a crossing midle point between inserting areas.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of parallel, flexible, flat and thin plates 5 and 6 where terminals 5A, 5B, 6A and 6B are inserted into the movable element 1 and into the fixed element 4 and the distances of the insertion areas to the axis are the same are provided. The lateral extension part 10 extending in parallel to the flexible thin plates 5 and 6 in the direction of the fixed element 4 for the half of the crossing distance partitioning the insertion area exists in the movable element 1. The driving device 11 is arranged so that force F is added on the extending part at an intermediate point crossing the insertion areas in parallel to the axis. Thus, the wasteful inclination of the movable element in the movement of the lens of the optical device is set to be a minimum and it can move in parallel to the axis.
