To provide a guide pulley with a driving device minimizing wire feeding loss by reducing load applied to a wire in wire winding work.
In a guide driving pulley, a boss part 305 of a driving wheel 304 provided at an output shaft of motor 302 is provided with a freely rotatable coupled driving wheel 306 to the output shaft of the motor, in proximity to the driving wheel. The coupled driving wheel is provided with a plurality of permanent magnets 308 at equal spaces at the peripheral edge part of a face corresponding to the driving wheel so that the magnetic poles are alternately inverted, and the side edge part of the coupled driving wheel is provided with a guide groove 309, or a grooved wheel 307 formed with a guide groove is connected to the side edge part. The guide driving pulley 3 is provided between the delivery side and winding side in wire winding work and rotated synchronously with the wire feeding speed.
