PURPOSE: To make it possible to track a plurality of radiowave emitting sources or a radiowave emitting source which transmits a plurality of transmitting frequencies, by using receiving frequency control in a receiver and a target memory wherein signals are stored efficiently.

CONSTITUTION: A guiding apparatus is provided with the following parts: a receiver 2 which generates a sum signal and a difference signal based on signals received through an antenna 1: a discriminator 11 which discriminates the frequency of the received wave; an address generator 15 which generates addresses to be stored in a memory based on frequency control data, pulse width data, angle control data and angle error data; a target memory 16 in which the amplitude data and pulse arriving times are stored based on the address generated in the address generator 15. A tracking and guiding controller 9 receives the frequency from the frequency discriminator 11 and instantly performs the control of the received frequency band of the receiver 2 and the address control of the target memory 16. Therefore, the amplitude of the transmitted wave from a radiowave emitting source and most of the pulse arriving times can be written in the target memory 16 continuously.
