Abstract:
To provide a processing head guiding and positioning device, a guiding and positioning method, and a processing machine equipped with this device, capable of accurately processing a work such as a cylinder head for an engine.
This device has an air pressure control function capable of fitting and holding at least one of guide posts bored in a guide post member with a guide bar in a noncontact state. The other guide bar accurately holds a holding position of a processing head, by extremely reducing clearance with the guide posts opposed to these guide bars.
