Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure, and improve the self-standing property by a method wherein for a gusset bag equipped with a sealed part, a longitudinal sealed part is formed on the internal surface of a face surface part and a back surface part by bonding a packaging material into a band-shape in the height direction of the bag, and a bottom sealed part is formed without bonding a front surface part and a rear surface part.
SOLUTION: Between a face surface part 2 and a back surface part 3, a packaging material 11 wherein a front surface part 12 and a rear surface part 13 are formed by folding both sides, is inserted. The external surfaces of the front surface part 12 and the rear surface part 13 of the packaging material 11 are bonded into a band-shape to the internal surface of the face surface part 2 and the back surface part 3 in the height direction of this gusset bag 1, and a longitudinal sealed part 6 is formed. The bottom part of the gusset bag 1 is heat-sealed by a bottom sealed part 7, and the bottom sealed part 7 is formed without bonding the front surface part 12 and the rear surface 13 of the packaging material 11. By this method, the gusset bag can be made one which is excellent in self-standing property.
