Abstract:
To obtain a composition containing a salt of copper chlorophylline and excellent in taking feeling.
The composition of tablets, granules, fine particles, powder or liquid, improved in unpleasant taste of the copper chlorophylline, is obtained by formulating the salt of copper chlorophylline with one or more kinds of sweeteners. A method for improving unpleasant taste of the copper chlorophylline comprises formulating the copper chlorophylline with one or more kinds of sweeteners. A drinkable food, feed, drink, medicine, quasi-drug or an additive thereof can be provided without feeling characteristic harsh taste of the copper chlorophylline by this method.
