Furthermore, an orienting property of a fiber in the nonwoven fabric comprising the glass fiber is lower than that in the board stencil, thereby difference between a breaking load in a length direction and a width direction is little, and the breaking load in the nonwoven fabric is larger than that in the stencil board. As a result, folding in the width direction can be prevented.
