To provide a gyratory crusher which prevents the cracking of the bearing due to the localized loading and reduces a wear of the bearing, even when localized loading occurs between a rotation shaft of the gyratory crusher and a bearing which supports an axial direction load applied to the rotation shaft.
The gyratory crusher 1 includes a cylindrical frame 2, a main shaft 4, and a rotation shaft 3 with the main shaft 4 inserted therein and causing the main shaft 4 to perform gyratory rotation, wherein a load applied in the axial direction of the rotation shaft 3 is supported by a thrust sliding bearing 13 attached to a level difference part 3c between a large diameter part 3a and a small diameter part 3b of the rotation shaft 3. The bearing 13 includes a sliding member 32 having annular sliding surfaces 30, 31 formed on the upper surface and the lower surface, a bearing press 34 which is fixed to the rotation shaft 3 and has an annular sliding surface 33 in sliding contact with the sliding surface 30 of the upper surface of the sliding member 32, formed on the lower surface, and a bearing seat 36 which is fixed to the inner surface lower part of the frame 2 and has an annular sliding surface 35 in sliding contact with the sliding surface 31 of the lower surface of the sliding member 32, formed on the upper surface, wherein the sliding member 32 is formed of a nylon resin.
