Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gyratory crusher capable of connection and separation of lower part and upper part frames easily and safely in a short time.
SOLUTION: The gyratory crusher is constituted by separably connecting an upper part frame 3 on a lower part frame 1 by means of a number of connection means disposed on the outer periphery at regular intervals. In the gyratory crusher, the connection means is provided with an oil pressure cylinder 6 for connection which allows the base part of cylinder main body 6a to be pivoted by a pivot 5 horizontal to the outer peripheral lower part of the lower part frame and can be decanted to the outer side, a restraint rod 8 which is attached to the top end part of a piston rod 6b of the oil hydraulic cylinder and is parallel to the pivot and a restraint part 3c which is jutted out horizontally on the peripheral lower part of the upper part frame corresponding to the oil hydraulic cylinder for connection, exhibits a forked shape capable of inserting the piston rod of the oil hydraulic cylinder for connection and has a restraint groove 9 capable of engaging with a restraint rod on the upper face.
