A CPU 11 reads a 16-bit angle detection data Dd which is an actual detection result in an inertial sensor 1, shifts the angle detection data Dd to the right by 10-bit portion, and then determines the address of a memory part 12 as a decimal value of digital data. A correction data Dh stored in a memory area which is designated by the determined address is read, and the correction of the error portion of the read angle detection data De caused in the amplification by an amplifier 14 before amplification is performed, and the correction data Dh corresponding to the detection data Dd is added to determine a corrected angle detection data Dd'. Further, the corrected angle detection data Dd' is transmitted to a D/S converter 13 and converted into a synchronous signal followed by amplification, whereby no distortion is generated in the synchronous signal after amplification.
