PURPOSE: To provide a gyrotron device wherein reflecting-mirrors and the orbit of a beam are avoided so that an exhaust route for an electron-gun section may be separated from other regions so as to exhaust the gas from each of these regions indiviadually and consequently the gas is exhausted selectively from the electron-gun section so that the gas exhausted from the electron-gun section may be absorbed or monitored even if the ghyrotron has non-axially symmetrical structure.
CONSTITUTION: A partition wall 26 is formed between the region of an exhaust route 25 for an electron-gun section and other region including mirrors 5, 6, 7. And the exhaust route for the electron-gun section is led out of a vacuum vessel 24 so as to be connected to a ion-pump. The regions including the reflecting mirrors are connected to second ion-pump outside the vacuum vessel.
