Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL: A compound of formula I (X is O, S, NH or the like; (p) is 1, 2; Y is H, a 1-6C alkyl, OH or the like when p=1, and is a lower alkoxy when p=2, and X is 0; Z is CH, N; (n) is 2-5; R is H, an alkyl, a 1-6C alkoxy, hydroxyl or the like; (m) is 1-3), or acid addition salts thereof.
EXAMPLE: 1-[4-[3-[4-(1H-Indazol-3-yl)-1-piperazinyl]propoxy]-3- methoxyphenyl]ethanone.
USE: Safe and superior activity for inhibition of side effect of antipsychotics, analgesics and exernal auditory meatus.
PREPARATION: A compound of formula II and a compound of formula III (Hal is Cl, Br), are reacted under an alkylating condition, to obtain a compound of formula I.
