Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve furthermore an exfoliation lifetime of a heat shield coating in a heat shield-coated Ni alloy component.SOLUTION: A heat shield-coated Ni alloy component 10 includes a substrate 12 formed of a Ni alloy containing Al, an intermediate layer 14 formed on the surface of the substrate 12, and a heat shield layer 16 formed on the surface of the intermediate layer 14 and formed of ceramics. The intermediate layer 14 is formed of a γ'-NiAl phase on the surface on the heat shield layer 16 side, and has a γ' layer 18 containing Pt.
