Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a habitable room management system capable of unlocking an electronic lock device in a gateway door of a habitable room without reducing a crime prevention effect, when a resident goes out without carrying an authentication medium to be an electronic key.SOLUTION: A habitable room management system comprising an electronic lock device provided in a door for a gateway to/from a habitable room, an authentication medium in which an authentication code for unlocking the electronic lock device is recorded, and a controller for unlocking the electronic lock device when an authentication code read from the authentication medium is correct includes: a reception device for reading the authentication code from the authentication medium, the reception device being arranged inside the habitable room; and an input device connected to the controller, the input device being arranged outside the habitable room. When the input device performs predetermined input operation for claiming issuance of an operation procedure for unlocking the electronic lock device and the reception device confirms the existence of the authentication medium inside the habitable room, the controller, then, issues the operation procedure to a previously registered communication destination and, when input operation according to the operation procedure is performed, unlocks the electronic lock device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
