Abstract:

To provide a habitable room unit with an anti-seismic device and a unit building equipped the same capable of being transported without conflicting with a transportation regulation on height and capable of securing a sufficient ceiling height and keeping a comfortable habitability.

A habitable unit 5A equipped with an anti-seismic device constituting a unit building 1 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped form, a roof unit 6 is placed on the upper side of the habitable unit 5A in the construction site. The anti-seismic device 30 is installed in the space 9 of the damping device constituted of the attic space 7 of the habitable unit 5A with such a damping device and the attic space 8 of the roof unit 6. The anti-seismic device 30 is supported by an anti-seismic device supporter 19 in a factory in advance and transported together with the habitable unit 5A to the election site.
