Abstract:
To perform a hail impact test by a simple apparatus and procedures at a stable speed with reduced wastes.
The hail impact testing apparatus in which an ice ball is launched from a launcher tube through gas pressure is characterized in that it has an on-off valve and a gas introducing pipe which is connected to the launcher tube and of which the inner diameter is smaller than that of the launcher tube.
