Abstract:
To easily twist a strand of hair.
This hair arrangement tool comprises a rotary body 3 with a hole 30 for inserting a strand of hair and a drive means for rotating the rotary body 3 around the axis of the hole 30 with hair hooking projection 31 on the inner surface. By moving the rotary body along the hair while rotating the rotary body into which the strand of hair 9 is inserted, the hair hooked in the hooking projections on the inner surface of the hole is twisted.
