Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-bleaching agent composition and a hair dye composition which can improve the touch of finished hair.
SOLUTION: The hair-bleaching agent composition and the hair dye composition each comprises the first agent and the second agent. The hair-bleaching agent composition contains an alkanolamine and at least one of starch syrup and honey in the first agent, and contains an oxidizing agent in the second agent. The hair dye composition contains an alkanolamine, a dye and at least one of starch syrup and honey in the first agent, and contains an oxidizing agent in the second agent. The alkanolamine is preferably monoethanolamine for imparting sufficient lightness to hair. The hair-bleaching agent composition and the hair dye composition each preferably contains a cationic surfactant in at least one of the first agent and the second agent to further improve the touch of the finished hair.
