The brush body 9 is held between a pair of the rising walls 5 of the brush mounting part 3 and the belt-like antistatic material 23 is held between the brush body 9 and a pair of the rising walls 5 of the brush mounting part 3 by utilizing the elastic force of the elastic material on the brush body 9 side.
