A superheated mist generating part 6 is provided that generates a superheated mist by heating a mist generated in a mist generating part 5 up to the temperature exceeding the boiling point of a liquid, and the superheated mist generated by the superheated mist generating part 6 is discharged toward the hair of a user from a discharging opening 42.
