To provide a hair care blower which can supply mist obtained by atomizing a liquid, such as water and a beauty liquid, to hair and a scalp effectively.

A hair care blower includes: a casing provided with a suction port on one side and a blowing port on the other side, respectively; a grip part attached to the casing; an air inner cylinder arranged in the casing coaxially, forming an air passage between the casing and itself where suctioned air from the suction port passes, and having an air inflow channel where part of the suctioned air flows in; a fan coaxially disposed between the suction port of the casing and the entrance of the air inflow channel of the inner cylinder; an atomizer disposed in the entrance of the air inflow channel of the inner cylinder; an ion generator disposed in the casing while an ion release part is located forward of the atomizing entrance of the atomizer; and an electric heater disposed in the air passage between the casing and the inner cylinder.
