Abstract:
To provide a compact hair care device enabling charged particles to efficiently reach the hair.
An ion generator 8 is arranged so as to incline a second plain surface having an average angle between a first plain surface dividing an area of an ion inlet 57 into two, and including a rotational axis of an axial flow fan 6, and each of plain surfaces including each of the discharge electrodes of the ion generator 8, and the rotational axis of the axial flow fan 6, to an upstream side in a rotational direction of a circumferential direction to the first plain surface.
