Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair clip manufacturing method and a hair clip in which a superior anti-slip effect is provided and also adhesion of a non-slip member is increased, and furthermore, the mounting is easily made possible and the manufacturing cost is also reduced.SOLUTION: A hair clip manufacturing method is provided for manufacturing a hair clip including a non-slip member at least in an inside pinching piece of a pair of pinching pieces comprising an outside pinching piece for pinching hair and an inside pinching piece connected to one end of the outside pinching piece. The hair clip manufacturing method is characterized by including: a step of immersing a silicon tube serving as the non-slip member into a solution comprising absolute ethanol and benzine; a step of inserting the silicon tube inflated by being immersed into the solution; and a step of drying the inserted silicon tube and causing the inserted silicon tube to adhere to the inside pinching piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
