Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of easily bundling hairs and stably fixing the bundled hairs.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that a belt-state spring steel plate is rolled in a coil-state toward a center from left and right both sides, for winding hairs to a space between left and right coil-state parts, for holding the wound hairs by spring forces of the left and right coil-state parts.
