Blade bodies 20 of the movable blade 15 have cutting edges 22 and 23 formed on both sides thereof. A first cutting edge 22 is formed into such a shape that it is inclined toward the side of the adjacent blade body 20 at least on the front end side of the blade body 20, and a second cutting edge 23 is formed into such a shape that it is inclined toward the opposite side of the adjacent blade body 20 from the base end of the blade body 20 to the front end.
