Abstract:
To provide a hair cosmetic composition which has a good feel when applied to the hair, can inhibit hair spreading under high humidity conditions and has high stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a hair cosmetic composition which comprises a component (A): one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of a cationic polymer and an amphoteric polymer, a component (B): an anionic polymer, a component (C): one or more nonionic components selected from the group consisting of a polyglycerol and its derivative, a sorbitan fatty acid ester, a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and a glycerol fatty acid ester having an HLB of 1 to 5, a component (D): a cationic surfactant and a component (E): a higher alcohol, wherein the total content of the component (A) and the component (B) is less than 1.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
