Abstract:
To provide a hair cosmetic that has excellent hair setting properties, suppresses raised hair and ruffled hair, retains a hair style even if the hair vibrates, has no greasiness and provides a smooth and natural feel finish.
The hair cosmetic is obtained by mutually dissolving (A) 1-20 mass% of a highly polymerized silicone selected from dimethicone and dimethiconol and has a number-average polymerization degree of 1,000-20,000, (B) 73-95 mass% of a volatile oily component and (C) 0.005-10 mass% of a modified silicone selected from a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine)-modified silicone, a polyether-modified silicone, an amino-modified silicone and an aminopolyether-modified silicone and has a water content of 5 mass%.
