Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel hair cosmetics which consist of a naturally occurring component having excellent biosafety and which compound with a hair cosmetic (quasi drugs are also comprised).SOLUTION: The present invention provides a hair cosmetic containing as an active ingredient inulin, caffeic acid and a derivative thereof, quinic acid, and a plant or an extract thereof comprising at least one or more of inulin, quinic acid, caffeic acid and a derivative thereof.EFFECT: The hair cosmetic has a XVII type collagen synthetic promoting effect, and has an excellent hair restoration/hair growing effect.SELECTED DRAWING: None
