Abstract:
To provide a hair curler which permits hair to be very easily curled to the liking of a user in waving or curling the hair irrespective of the length or the volume of the hair.
The outside periphery of a roll-shaped plate spring retaining an urging force in the winding direction is covered with a cover having a plurality of vents on one side, a sheet using a two-sided gas-permeable material is stuck, and the size of a curl which pinches and rolls up hair can be adjusted by adjusting the rolling condition of the plate spring and fastening by clips.
