To prevent the leakage of a tank and the dripping of hot water from the surface by arranging the tank for supplying a liquid to a steam generating part on the reverse side of the brush surface having bristles protruded thereon.
A liquid supplying tank 30 is disposed on the reverse side of a brush surface 62a, whereby the surface of the tank 30 is never exposed to steam when steam is generated, and the dripping of hot water from the surface of the tank 30 can be prevented. Further, when the hair is wound on a blow brush 19, the hair is easily wound without being disturbed by the protruding part of the tank 30. Further, a brush surface 62a is formed on the front surface side of the tank, whereby the area of bristles 61 is increased to make it more easy to catch the hair by the bristles 61. A water absorbent 32 is set in a position closer to the brush surface 62 side from the bottom surface center of the tank 30. Therefore, the brush surface 62a is laid in upward state according to the quantity of the liquid in the tank 30, whereby the liquid in the tank 30 can be situated under the water absorbent 32 so as not to make contact with the water absorbent 32, and the leakage of the liquid from the water absorbent 32 can be prevented.
