Abstract:

To provide a hair curling iron which can bring stably and smoothly a good hair curling condition without causing cracks or any other damage on hair.

This hair curling iron is provided with a pair of coupled arms which can be connected to each other so as to be freely rotated around an axis as a center, and a set of hair press plates which are respectively attached face to face to the end of the arms. Each hair press plate is characterized by formation of a curved press surface along the direction of hair length and a curved heat insulator with a predetermined length arranged along the edge on the hair root side. The hair press plate is also provided with a comb part along the other edge on the hair tip side in the hair length direction, as well as a heater and an air blow outlet near the heat insulator.
