Two gas supply portions 10 are arranged at opposite positions on the outer side of a cylindrical body 1 of a hair drier. Each gas supply portion 10 includes: a case 11; and a nozzle 12 extending from the case 11 toward the inner part of the cylindrical body 1. Cartridges 13 are removably attached inside the cases 11. In the cartridge 13, liquid or gel is filled. The specified gas is held in the liquid or the gel in a state of fine air bubbles or in a state that fine air bubbles the crushed. Hydrogen, oxygen, ozone, carbon dioxide, or nitric oxide, etc., are considered as the gas to be held.
