Abstract:
To provide a hair dryer capable of smoothly transferring an air suction stream to a heater.
An air sending means 4 is constituted of a centrifugal sirocco fan 6. An air intake 3 is provided at the side face of the profile 1a of a body 1 to correspond to the side face 6a of the sirocco fan 6, and the sirocco fan 6 is disposed in the body 1 so that the end 7a of the impellers 7 of the fan 6 is exposed from the air intake 3. A ring-shaped suction guide 8 larger than the outer diameter of the sirocco fan 6 is extended toward the inside of the body 1 at the peripheral edge of the air intake 3.
