In the hair dryer for housing a heater 7 and a blower 6 inside a body case 3 having an air blow-out port 1 and an air suction port 2, a light source 11 for radiating light towards an air-blowing direction closer to the air blow-out port 1 is provided near the air blow-out port 1 in the body case 3.
