PURPOSE: To uniformly supply moderate energy to hair by forming a plastic thin film whose dielectric constant is high on the surface of an active electrode connected to a secondary winding of a high frequency transformer, and specifying a frequency of a signal outputted from the secondary winding.
CONSTITUTION: A high frequency main electronic circuit is provided with an oscillation stage 2, sends an output signal to an amplification stage, amplifies a signal sent to a driver 5, and the driver 5 sends a signal to a resonance circuit 6. A transistor Tr3 forms a resistor R10 and an amplifier, and forms an output stage in a high frequency transformer T2. Terminal 1, 12 of a secondary winding of the high frequency transformer are connected to an active electrode 21 and a neutral electrode 25. The active electrode 21 of a circular conductor 20 is connected to the terminal 1 of the secondary winding of the high frequency transformer, and the connecting part is covered with a bushing 24. Also, this electrode is covered with a plastic dielectric thin film 22 whose dielectric constant is high, and whose corrosion resistance is high. The high frequency main electronic circuit is boosted gradually after transmitting a signal from an oscillating circuit and outputs stably a high frequency signal of 0.5-0.78MHz by an output stage, and the circular conductor 20 supplies stable heat energy into the body.
