To provide a hair holder in which, even if touched with a permanent treatment chemical or the like, the wound-up condition is maintained, with stable mounting maintained on the head.
This hair holder 1 includes a cylindrical body 2 comprising sheets 23 so that a hair bundle H is made to pass through from the opening part 21 of one end part toward the opening part 22 of the other end part and a winding-up string 7 for winding up the cylindrical body 2. In the winding-up string 7, one end is fixed to the vicinity of the other end part 26 of the cylindrical body 2 and the cylindrical body 2 is wound up by drawing the other end side. The hair holder 1 is provided with a stopper part 3 which, after the cylindrical body 2 is wound up, fixes the winding-up string 7 as is drawn from the cylindrical body 2, wherein the stopper part 3 is designed to be deformed to fix the winding-up string.
