Abstract:
To improve operation efficiency of a hair implantation apparatus for brush by enabling the hair implantation apparatus to utilize a large-sized flat wire supply reel with a flat wire for bristle tuft fixation wound up more than before.SOLUTION: A hair implantation apparatus for brush is enabled to utilize a flat wire supply reel 22 with a large total wound amount of a flat wire by: making a flat wire supply mechanism include a rotary support shaft 23 for supporting the flat wire supply reel 22, a rotation drive mechanism 24 for rotating the rotary support shaft 23 to rotate the flat wire supply reel 22, and a limit switch 25 for turning ON when a value of tensile force of a flat wire 3 let out from the flat wire supply reel 22 exceeds a predetermined value and turning OFF when the value of tensile force has returned to a value equal to or smaller than the predetermined value; and by making a motor 26 be driven on the basis of an ON signal of the limit switch 25 while power supply to the motor 26 is stopped when the limit switch 25 turns OFF.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
