PURPOSE: To easily reform naturally curly hair, frizzled hair, etc., by forming hair pressing parts with rugged surfaces for pressing opposingly from both sides each other, incorporating a heater in at least one of them and heating hair.

CONSTITUTION: Pressing parts 2 and 3 for pressing part 1 are formed by plural rugged surfaces, and the hair 1 is held there between. In at least one of the hair pressing parts 2, 3, a heater is incorporated and hair is heated. In accordance with the degree of frizzled hair, a permanent wave liquid and water are given, and the direction of ruggedness is inverted. Thus, frizzled hair is reformed easily without damaging the hair.
