Then, plates 2 and 2' are attached to the distal ends of the thinned arms 1 and 1', and thus, a gap (d) is formed toward the rear end side of the plates 2 and 2' when the arms 1 and 1' are closed. Thus, the gap (d) absorbs the thickness when hair is pinched between the plates 2 and 2', and the distal end sides of the plates 2 and 2' are prevented from opening, and the hair can be uniformly pressed.
