Abstract:
To safely ironing a lock of the hair from a hair root part near a head skin by restraining high-temperature steam of a perm liquid produced at a time of pinching the lock of the hair from discharging onto a head skin side.
A pair of heat plates 20, 20 is fixed on facing faces of both arm parts 11, 11 of a V shaped grip 10 energized in an opening direction. Each of grooves 23 extending in the longitudinal direction of the arm parts 11, 11 is provided on each surfaces of the pair of the heat plates 20, 20. The grooves 23 open to at least front end sides of the arm parts 20, 20. Increasing a quantity of a steam discharge in the longitudinal direction of the arm parts 20, 20 decreases a quantity of a steam discharge to the head skin side.
