A heater 3 uses a charging battery 6 as a power source for supplying power, a hair iron body 1 is configured to be connected with an AC adapter 12 having a charging portion 13, and the charging battery 6 is fully charged by a charging portion 13 for following use. Additionally, the built-in charging battery 6 uses a lithium-ion secondary battery quickly charged with a current of 10C.
