Abstract:
To provide a hair iron in which: the size of a grip of first and second hair gripping parts overlapped with each other can be reduced to be easy for gripping; suction to a fan can be sufficiently ensured; and hair is prevented from being sucked.
The first hair gripping part 1 includes: a casing 6; and a fan unit 22, holding bodies 15 and 16, and an ion generator 21, each of which being provided within the casing 6. Intake ports 10, 11 and 12 are provided on an exterior surface of the casing 6 elsewhere besides the surface of the first hair gripping part 1 facing a second hair gripping part 2.
