A hair iron is such that a hair sandwiching arm 1 and a hair sandwiching arm 2 are connected with a hinge to be openable and closable, and heating parts 11 and 21 are each provided on opposite parts of the hair sandwiching arms 1 and 2, combs parts 41 and 42 are mounted on both the side parts of the hair sandwiching arm 1, and the length of the comb teeth of the combs part 41 and 42 goes along both the side parts of the hair sandwiching arm 2 in a state of closing the hair iron. Since the length of the comb teeth is sufficiently long, it is possible to press a large amount of hair altogether, and effectively warm hair to trim the shape of hair, and further to perform hair warming while combing hair.
