Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair iron with which a user selectively enjoys sufficient minus ion effect on his/her hair.
SOLUTION: This hair iron has a grip 1 and a hair care section 2 attached to the grip 1, the hair care section 2 has a heater, and the user performs haire care such as hairdressing by bringing his/her hair into contact with the heater. A minus ion generating device 4 is provided for producing minus ions by electric discharge of poles in the hair iron. The discharge of minus ions to the hair is performed regardless of or parallel with the hair care.
