Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair iron which is light weight and which can enhance a radiant quantity of a far infrared radiation.SOLUTION: A hair iron 1 comprises a first arm 21 and a second arm 22, the first arm 21 and the second arm 22 sandwich hairs for hair treatment. The hair iron 1 comprises: a first contact part 41 and a second contact part 42 which contact hairs in hair treatment time; and heaters 71, 72 for heating the first contact part 41 and the second contact part 42. The first contact part 41 is arranged on inside of an opening 21a provided on a portion on the first arm 21 which faces the second arm 22, and the second contact part 42 is arranged on inside of an opening 22a provided on a portion on the second arm 22 which faces the first arm 21. The first contact part 41 and second contact part 42 have a substrate 411, 421 formed of isotropic high density graphite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
