An ultrasonic electric signal is generated by an electric signal radiator 1 and converted into a mechanical vibration through a converter 2. This mechanical vibration next amplified by a booster 16 is to vibrate the vibrator 3 which transfers it to the hair. Concurrently the heat is given also to the hair through the vibrator 3 warmed up by the heater 4 so as to jointly curl set the hair. As the effect remains same even treated at a lower temperature, it keeps the hair free from damages, makes it convenient to operate not feeling hot even touched the iron part.
