Concurrently the heat is given also to the hair through the vibrator 3 warmed up by the heater 4 so as to jointly curl set the hair. As the effect remains same even treated at a lower temperature, it keeps the hair free from damages, makes it convenient to operate not feeling hot even touched the iron part.
