The tension comb 26 is provided along each side surface of a brush frame 25 of a blow brush 2. The tension comb 26 is constituted by arranging ribs 41, 42, 43 at predetermined intervals. A hair combing passage 50 is formed each between the ribs 41, 42, 43, and a relief recessed surface 34 recessed toward the inner surface of the brush frame 25 is formed on the side surface of the brush frame 25 facing an outlet 48 of the combing passage 50. A portion close to the outlet of each rib 41, 42, 43 is protruded toward the outer surface of the relief recessed surface 34.
