Abstract:
To make hair setting easily without damaging hair.
A hair setting device concerned is equipped with an ultrasonic vibration generating means 3, a vibrator 2 to make vibration in the ultrasonic region with this vibration generating means 3, and a steam generating means to give steam to the hair to which the vibration from the vibrator 2 is applied. The steam is given while the vibrator 2 is put in touch with the hair, and thereby the hair can be bent or stretched easily without risk of damaging the hair.
